| So I don't think I told anyone, but when I got the house the water service line was busted! So it's like a $1,000 repair to dig it up and replace it! Well I don't like doing things the easy way, so my dad and Tommy and I pretty much dug 42inches deep from the street to the house (about 50 feet). It has been crappy, but I actually had a pretty good time doing it! Fun bonding time and stuff! So as of yesterday at 7pm my uncle ( a plumber) put the line in and I offically have water now!! YIPPEEE The only other thing I have to deal with is it is getting inspected today. My understanding is that the water company is really anal, so I am praying that is passes! The only thing that wouldn't is it needs to be 42 inches down so it doesn't freeze. But it should be good, I'm just worried a little! But I should be all set! After this I have my bed room to paint, and put in the new toilet and then I'll be moving in! There is still a lot of work to do, but it's all groovy and coming along!!!

| Hello everyone!! I haven't posted in a while!! I have been working and searching for a house!! Well I figure I would jump on here for a min and let you know that I am buying a house today!!! Closing at 2pm .... I'm soooo excited!!! It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, I have all hardwood floors and a wood fireplace in the living room. It has a full basement (not finished) and then a 1 and a half car garage that's detached... I'm just totally pumped!!! Anyway I wanted to let everyone know!! Hope all is well!!!

| The word of the month is BUSY... wow!! I feel like I haven't stopped. I'm at my new job with Verizon and I'm loving it. I get up in the morning around 4:30am so I won't be late, and work starts at 6am. Kind of early, but I get out at 2:30pm!! You can't beat that. Then I'm usually tired the rest of the day although I am getting more and more use to the schedule. If I do have any energy when I get home, then I start working on my MASSIVE amount of homework :( but hey, you gotta do it! So that's what I've been doing! I'm really loving my job!!!! Learning so much and having a great time. I am working, well actually trainning with a whole bunch of cool people. It's really great! Well that was my update for this month, see ya in a while!

| So it's been a while!!! A long while! Well I got a new job! Haven't started yet, but it's with Verizon Wireless!!! Things at my old work drive me crazy!! One girl I work with is pregnant, and she got a doctor's note saying she could only work 3 days a week. Well she gave it to our boss, and she said that they don't have to listen to doctor's notes.... I think that is a bunch of crap, even if they don't HAVE to... they should!!! Brandie is one of the hardest workers at the front desk they have!!! Well they are about to lose her over this!! This and many other things drives me crazy about work!!! So I started looking for a new job and I found one!!!
MY NEW JOB!!!
First of all I get a $4.25 raise from my old job which is awesome! I'll be making 28,000 a year which kicks butt for me!! Secondly they have dental, medical, vision, 401K, stock options, and all that fun stuff from day ONE!! They have a starbucks, cafeteria and fitness center ON SITE!!! They also offer overtime and I get really cheap monthly plans for my verizon phone!! Ohh paid time off after 6 month and also 8,000 in tution reimbirstment right when I start also!!! I'll be in the call center, so if any of ya have verizon and have a problem... you never know, I might be the one who answers your call (after 3 month of training that is).

Still working on that, checking for applications, but no one is hiring now... but I have a good job to hold me through the rest of school and until I find a good police job!!

| So I got the long awaited for letter yesterday!! I didn't do so hot :( I was 32 on the list out of 39. So I guess I did a lot worse in the interview then I thought I did. It stinks, but as I said before, something will work out. I was saying to myself, "I just wish I knew what was going to happen", but then I realized that that would be so boring. If we just knew which job we would get, who we would marry, where we would be living etc. there wouldn't be any surprises and I think that would make life pretty boring. Plus we wouldn't have the great fun of growing and learning along the way!! I'm thankful that God is in control!!!
